When training regularly, it's important to increase your workload progressively so that you don't injure yourself, or plateau.

Simply add up the distance of each session you are currently completing over the course of a week and the planner will let you know how far you should be covering for the next 12 weeks.

The figure entered can be Miles or Kilometres.
