Pyramid Circuit
Set 3 witches hats up in a line, approx 10m apart.
At the first one you do 20 Squats, then run to second where do drop down for 1 Push Up, then to the third for 10 Tuck Jumps, then back to the second for 1 Push Up, then back to the first.
Each time you reach the first witches hat drop the reps by 2 (eg, 20, 18, 16,....4, 2)
Each time you reach the third witches hat drop the Tuck Jumps by 1 (eg, 10, 9, 8, 7, .....2, 1)
