So how does Ray's Qualifications and Experience benefit you?
Being University qualified means that Ray not only knows how to
write a training program, but more importantly he knows how to
adapt it to the individual. It also means that Ray understands
the physiological and psychological changes your body will be
undergoing, and can therefore provide a high level of guidance
and support. Being an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Ray can provide health programs supported by Medicare.
You may think that Ray's experience with elite athletes would
provide little benefit to a person trying to lose weight but
nothing could be further from the truth. Success in International
competition requires precise planning and program balance. This
ensures the athlete continues to improve whilst limiting the
chance of injury. You see, anyone can take a client out on an
oval and make them run, jump, or box until they can hardly move.
But a great trainer will provide sessions that develop the client's
fitness over time, ensuring that they achieve the fastest results
possible in the safest possible way.
